"Hi! My name is Julian Flatt and I come from Norwich in the County of Norfolk, England. I'm not sure if you have the same things in the USA but here in the UK its possible to buy tinned peas. One variety of tinned pea (available from many different suppliers) are called "Processed Peas". The big question is WHAT process has been applied to them? I know that all tinned peas are dyed green to make them look appealing to eat but as far as I know that happens to both the "Processed" and the non-processed sort. So what DO they do to process them? PS. Love the web site!"
