Looks like hardcore hackers have found a new tool that could easily be as damaging to your site as Code Red, and it's name is Microsoft FrontPage. Sound dubious? Well it is, yet the FBI seem to think it's plausible enough to prosecute this poor sap.

What a bizzare case. By the sounds of things though as soon as it lands on the desk of anyone with half a brain, it will get thrown out.. I'm suprised the FBI took it on, I thought you had to pass exams and stuff to join the bureau?
I wonder if he could counter sue for all the hassle he's getting, someone must be held accountable somewhere..
This sounds like the same kind of small town paranoid mentallity that can blame Marillyn Manson for kids shooting each other, and not see where the real responsibility lies..

If you think that Brian K. West is having a hard time you should check out poor old Willis Charles Dalldorf's story. His whole life has been destroyed just for agreeing to take his son's class for a nature walk..
What I'd like to know is where is the accountability in either of these cases. Surely there must be some form of counter claim these people could make legally to recompence them in some way..
