When I first saw this promo poster for a buttock-fixated coin-op named BoongGa BoongGa I presumed it was a hoax, but then who can ignore the irrefutable evidence of a man dressed as poo-poo.
Now all we need to know is wether or not a certain japanese correspondant has had the good fortune to see one of these babies in the wild.

..is that for a game like this to be released, shoving one's finger up another's arse must be a commonly accepted symbol of punishment. How on earth does a meme like that develop?!

Sadly it looks like the game is manufactured in Korea. Although it was shown at the Tokyo Game Show here last April, it doesn't seem to have taken off here with the success you would have imagined. Never mind.
