Hehe, some muppet tried to dye his GBA black with a bucket of hot water and four bottles of fabric dye. Very wise. Unsurprisingly, he also tried the contrast tweak.

doing the contrast tweak is not adviseable and could cause long term damage to your GBA.
Be carefull..
