Dave Sim wrote beautifull comic books. Dave Sim was kind of a hero to me, I met him once. Dave Sim thinks women and homosexuals are going to bring the world to its knees (sic).. He thinks women are 6 foot leechs, voids, which are holding back human advancement..

It's exhausting just thinking about where to start on this one.
I got through Tangent 1 and half of Tangent 2 the other day before giving up on him. He almost had me at first with his argument that childcare and alimony payments are mutually exclusive, but half a page on and he'd completely lost me (mainly due to his suggestion that Gore Vidals perfectly valid views on sexuality were just an attempt to pick up bi-curious young boys).
I tried to read part of Tangent 3 just now and he lost me even earlier, he launches into a rant about how "No one wants to be a woman" by simultaneously dismissing transvestites, drag queens and and transgender males as being "just crazy"..
Err.. aren't they *more* common than their female-to-male equivalents? I'd say that's a fairly large hole in your argument Dave.

And here was me thinking that Cerebus was supposed to be a *satire* of Conans barbaric ways :/
Oh well, 35 more issues and he'l be dead anyway :)
